The upstream of Ganjiang River is the very important department of the Ganjiang River Basin, which are the mother river of Jiangxi, and also the birthplace of Ganjiang River. The upstream of Ganjiang River has a high forest cover, and its total water resources, animal and plant resources, mineral resources are situated the first place in the Poyang Lake basin. The ecological environment status significantly, the maintenance of the Ganjiang River valley in the Lake Basin ecosystem stability, ecological security occupies a pivotal position. With the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological and Economic Zone has being promoted a national strategy, the construction of ecological and economic zone should look at the whole basin, and its implementation depends more and more on good ecological level of the entire basin. The upstream of Ganjiang River basin as an important part of Poyang Lake Basin, within the region through accounting the ecosystem service value of space-time and zoning ecological function, to raise people's awareness of ecological security and avoid the expense acts of sacrificing the environment for short-term economic benefits, guide people to arrange the industrial layout, and give the region's good economic and social development of ecological as strong support and protection and also achieve regional Ecology-Economy sustainable development, for the research of ecological compensation mechanism, as well as for the construction of the entire Poyang Lake ecological and economic zone lay a solid foundation.This paper is to summarize the results of previous research on the county-level administrative units as a research unit, by means of the remote sensing image of the upstream of Ganjiang River for 1990,1995,2000 and 2005, the interpretation, for all During the land use data obtained by Xie Gaodi and others the value equivalent, with the 2005 crop Ganjiang River basin upstream of the average value of food production units of 1/7:768.21 yuan/ha, using Zhoufei and others study, taking advantage of the space data by Arcgis operation, from the perspective of time and space to study the Ganjiang River basin upstream of the value of ecosystem services (Ecosystem Services Value) distribution and characteristics:during the period(1990-2005), the total value of the regional ecosystem services has been upgraded, but there are some counties (cities), ecosystem services decline, mainly distributed in the southern region; The rate of ESV change of the entire region as follows:negative growth in the south, north, east and west of the ESV is positive growth, the central is stable.In the upper reaches of the Ganjiang River, accounted for the value of ecosystem services (Ecosystem Services Value), based on research obtained ESV unit rate of change of each region. Then refer to the results of other scholars'results, with the actual situation of the Ganjiang River basin upstream, Select the type of nature reserves, vegetation, slope, land fertility (land productivity), the rate of the value of change of ecosystem functions, such as six major rivers in an area of ecological function zoning as the main factors, the use of experts in the various ecological factors scoring method assignment, conducted operations in Arcgis of ecological function zoning study area is divided into:agricultural industry-ecologically fragile areas, agriculture and economic forestry gathering area, the construction of the industrial cluster zone, the upstream watershed, the Ganjiang River Ecological Reserve important water industry protected areas. Accounted for the entire regional area:11.88%,35.16%,19.41%,20.02%,13.53%.Finally, on the basis of the above, according to the situation of the reality of the upstream of Ganjiang River basin, from the coordination of the relation-building economy and environment, to explore the rational and effective land use point as a view and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to guide the regional ecological protection and construction plan,guide regional development and utilization of resources and the industrial layout, in order to highlight the development status of ecological environment in the social and economic, exceed and give full play to regional advantages, to achieve optimal allocation of resources, for the establishment of ecological compensation mechanism and the achievement of social-economic-ecologic of sustainable development, ecological provide references.
