Alkyd resins as raw materials, mainly vegetable oils, with a wide variety of sources, low prices, free from oil prices, and easy to paint, paint film and other advantages, so are more and more attention. However, the molecular structure of alkyd resins containing more hydroxyl and ester groups, making the film there is an obvious lack of performance, such as:dry film is slow, low hardness, water resistance is poor, poor corrosion resistance, outdoor durability is not good and so on. This paper, based organic-inorganic composite modified design, were used silicone and silicone/polyester alkyd resin was modified on to realize the complementary advantages of organic and inorganic materials to improve the lack of alkyd resins, developed with excellent comprehensive performance modified alkyd resin weight of new anti-corrosion coatings.In this thesis, silicone modified alkyd resin used to carry out test and the coating formulation design optimization test formula to determine the silicone-modified alkyd resin coatings best formula and experimental study of the system in the pigment to binder ratio (P/ B) and the critical pigment volume concentration (CPVC) on the coating performance. The results showed that:formulation optimization through experimental design and formulation were prepared with good adhesion, water resistance and anti-aging weight-performance, comprehensive anti-corrosion coating. Paint System P/B and CPVC overall performance of the film, P/B is (0.6-1.2):1, the maximum adhesion of the film; with the P/B increases, the film gloss and drying time was increased; the CPVC coating system is an important indicator of coating performance, the extent of 35% to 40%.In addition, the paper selected isocyanate (TDI) and hydroxy silicone oil (PDMS) on the modified alkyd resin composite. Route of its synthesis, processing parameters, reaction time, organic silicon content on the film properties, and using infrared spectroscopy (IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to characterize them. The results showed that: pretreatment of raw materials is,85~95℃in vacuum conditions for the 5mmHg dehydration 2h. The best synthesis parameters:catalyst 0.1%, temperature 90℃, reaction time 5h. With the reaction time increases, the residual-NCO in which the smaller the content of the prepared film longer drying time, gloss reduction; when the B components in 1:1 ratio of near, a comprehensive film better performance. Through the infrared spectrum:a synthesis phase, TDI-NCO groups in the silicone oil with hydroxyl-OH groups in the occurrence of the esterification reaction. During the curing process, due to reactive groups increase in number and variety of organic silicon/polyester composite modified alkyd resin with a drying characteristics. By SEM analysis shows that, PDMS/PU composite modified alkyd resin (AK) cooperation with the chemical bond, its "forced" to increase compatibility, the base became a homogeneous body interpenetrating network (IPN), an effective solution of silicone and alkyd resin phase separation between.
