The pesticide wastewater have the characteristics such as high levels of pollutants, complicated composition, water quality volatile.deep color, pH Changes greatly. General pesticides include Zhong DingLing, Fluorine le spirit, Dimethyle le spirit. Mainly used for herbicide, In its production and purification process, Produce numerous high COD concentration, high SS, Great chroma, the salinity and the waste water containing biological suppression. Through the small test, Pretreatment of pesticide wastewater by Fenton oxidation was studied. By examining the H2O2 dosage, [Fe2+]/[H2O2](quality ratio), value of PH, reaction time, Fenton reagent dosing method and other factors to influence of the pesticide wastewater chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) and chromaticity removal, determine the optimum conditions. Due to the pesticide production time points off-season and peak, therefore the COD of production waste are also different, with great changes, H2O2 dosage quantity also change and cannot determine the same dosing amount each time, Ultimately determine the optimal operation of the plant's pesticide wastewater pretreatment conditions for:H2O2 dosage is 2 times the value for the COD, [Fe2+]/[H2O2] is 1:5 (mass ratio), pH value of 4, the reaction time was 4h, Fenton reagent slow continuous dosing, In these conditions pretreatment CODcr removal rate to 80%, chroma removal rate of 95%; After the pretreatment of Fenton oxidation, the biodegradability of wastewater has also been greatly enhanced.Fenton reagent as a senior oxidation technology in high-concentration, hard-degradation and poisonous and harmful industrial organic wastewater treatment study is widely used, and achieved remarkable results. The Fenton reagent were reviewed in pesticides and other refractory wastewater treatment of industrial wastewater application development and its achievements. Processing technology research of combined Fenton reagent and further research coagulation sedimentation, active carbon adsorption, biochemical, PHotocatalytic method, Reduce reagent dosing quantity reduce pH armaceutical water treatment costs. Widen pH range of use and seek immobilized technology of iron ion.
