China's energy resources are relatively poor, low energy efficiency, energy used by industrial production caused great environmental damage, and in the gathering system of the oil field development system, energy consumption is larger. Finding an effective energy-saving way to improve energy efficiency of the gathering and transportation system, which will reduce the production cost of gathering and transportation system, then reducing the production cost and increasing the effectiveness of the oil field development system. Therefore, it is necessary to make analysis and energy saving potential evaluation to oil gathering and transportation system. Makinganalysis to Energy consumption is to saving energy. and reducing the operating costs of crude oil. It is important and far-reaching significance to energy economic development in China that making a reasonable way to saving energy. In this paper, the energy analysis of three different oil field gathering system on the energy analysis:1. Based on the "three box" system analysis models and evaluation of energy conservation potential, the "three box" method can be used with the actual production system, and the production of Shusilian heavy oil gathering and transportation system can be evaluated with the analysis.2. Learn the research methods of virtual water. According to characteristics of the oil field gathering system, we can establishe the virtual gathering system model and do the calculate and analysis to the virtual gathering station.3. Heat loss by deep wellbore heat reasonable distribution and optimization.Considering the characteristics of the heavy oil thermal recovery in deep borehole heat transfer systems,analysising of the heat transfer process and establishing mathematical model of wellbore heat loss calculation. According to the Weak link in the distribution of heat loss, We can get reasonable distribution improvement program. It is suggestions for the implementation of the project that compared to energy efficiency programs and the economic cost to select the best design.
