This article concludes in general the development status and the geological characters of the heavy oil and the ultra-heavy oil in Shuguang region, and makes a detailed analysis to restraining factors which effect the development of the region through a lot of statistical data. The study has a positive guiding role on the development of ultra-heavy oil in Liaohe oil field. The supporting technology not only has the obvious effect, but also the construction process is simple, and the cost is low, etc. It meet the needs of Shuguang region's for development.In the oil production process, due to the solid particles and colloidal material move to oil wells continuously, and other factors at the same time, the permeability of the area near the wells decreases, the daily output of crude oil decreases, and the production costs increased. Study of the project aims at using the "etching" effect and improving the permeability of the area away from the oils., increasing crude oil production, reducing production costs, thereby enhancing economic efficiency.The ideas of the project is to develop a "retarded acid"system, and to slow down the rate of acid rock reaction, and to take the acid into the formation and obstruction of deep sand particles and make them react to increase the penetration of far wellbore.The project developed a "micro-lactic acid" thermodynamically stable system can not demulsification very high temperatures, the control "micro-lactic acid" emulsion breaking speed, increasing acidification of the distance to the purpose of deep acidification. The "micro-lactic acid" system is the conventional acid and oil, surfactant and cosurfactant mixed together to form a homogeneous, transparent system, with high stability. Lactic acid in the micro-system, oil / water interfacial tension, often leading ultra-low (usually oil and water, the interfacial tension between the 50mN / m, slightly acid the interfacial tension can be reduced to 10-4 to 10-5mN / m values) , low viscosity, easy to pump, while Foreign Secretary due to the formation of oil micro emulsion reduces the release rate of hydrogen ions, acid is released gradually, can be migrated to the position away from the hole to reach a broader range of acidification Effect.
