Study On New Kind Of Retarded Acid Technology Applied In Jilin Oilifeld

Acidification technology can raise permeability of oil reservoir because of chemicaldissolution effect and hydraulic pressure produced by acid liquid.In view of existing questions related to traditional acidification, such as pollution well,no production well after multiple acidification, the reasons bring acidification to invalid areanalyzed in this paper based on improving the well production， then a new kind ofacidification technology is studied.Xin Min and Xin Lin blocks of Ji Lin oilfiled are discussed in the paper, then thegeological properties of low permeability reservoir with characteristics such as low porosityand permeability, low production, non-homogeneity sandstone reservoir is analyzed emphasis.Based on above study, a clue developing a new kind of retarded acid is determined.By controlling chemical reaction velocity and acid concentration, the new kind ofretarded acid technology can adjust the acidification radius. By means of the technology, thejam existing in oil well can be removed so that larger acidification radius can be obtained.By means of material election, characteristics experiment and process simulation, a newkind of retarded acid technology which be appropriate for fractured sandstone reservoir withcharacteristics of low porosity, low production and non-homogeneity is put forward.Experimental production is taken by bring the new technology into use in Xin Min andXin Li block, practical application prove that: the new retard acid technology is suitable tothe low porosity, low production and non-homogeneity fractured sandstone reservoir, it canremove pollution existing deep and nearby area of stratum. By means of the new technology,the permeability of oil reservoir and oil well can be improved, so the production andeconomic benefit of well is increased. The new acid technology should bring into widelyapplication in Jin Lin oilfield.
