This article analyzes and studies the finite element analysis theory of the spatial entity body unit, plate and shell unit and beam unit. Based on a new calculus of optimal variations, the response surface curve of the design space could be built through once finite element method, and then optimal design could be inquired. By building the optimal model, using various optimization methods, being iterative calculation in the conditions meet the design requirements, the extreme value of objective function and the optimal design are obtained. On this basis, the conventional beam pumping unit structure analysis, optimization of the theoretical methods and the path to achieve are researched, the finite element analysis model of the overall structure of the pumping unit is established and analyzed.For the model CYJY14-6-89HF of pumping unit manufactured by DPEG(Daqing oilfield equipment manufacturing group), the horse head, walking beam, samson post, equalizer, pitman arm, crank, the base of the pumping unit are as the object of study, the original structural strength of the pumping unit is calculated and evaluated; Based on the results, optimization proposal and method for spare parts that can be optimized are proposed, then optimized data and size have been obtained, and structural strength of the optimized pumping unit is renewed to calculate and evaluate.Fatigue strength of important shaft parts is analyzed and evaluated, then obtain the fatigue safety factor, and measures to improve their fatigue strength.Pre-assemble force of key bolts is calculated and evaluated, and the improving measures are proposed, then Pre-assemble force of key bolts and torque are obtained. And the structure of the crank pin sleeve selected recommendations.This article discusses to achieve pumping reliability, economy, and rationality by optimizing the structure design of pumping unit, explore a new way to increase the design capacity of pumping industry.
