In order to further improve the energy-saving performance of the oil pumping unit in the oilfield,a new five-bar pumping unit was proposed based on the four-bar linkage pumping unit.According to the design rules of the pumping unit,the five-link energy saving was completed.Pumping machine theoretical calculation,size optimization,theoretical solution,3D modeling and finite element analysis.Firstly,based on the four-bar mechanism configuration theory,the five-bar mechanism is simplified into a four-bar mechanism,and the existence conditions of the five-bar mechanism configuration are analyzed.The five-bar mechanism is applied to the pumping unit,and five-bar energy-saving pumping is carried out.Geometric calculation,motion calculation,dynamic calculation and process calculation of the oil machine.Then,the acceleration of the center of gravity of the pumping unit is taken as the optimization target,and the size of each rod of the pumping unit is optimized.The stroke of the pumping unit,the proportion of each rod,the five-bar mechanism meets the single crank condition and pumping.The oil machine torque balance condition is the constraint condition,and the fmincon function of MATLAB is used as the solution algorithm to optimize the size of the pumping unit.Secondly,the working conditions of the pumping unit are calculated and compared with the same type of offset pumping unit under the same working conditions.Finally,the Pro/E software is used to describe the reducer box seat and The modeling process of the reducer helical gear is given,and the three-dimensional model diagrams of the main components of the pumping unit such as the boring head,the beam,the secondary balance arm,the bracket,the beam connecting rod assembly and the base are given,and the assembly of the pumping unit is completed.The ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the front end of the pumping beam and the bracket.The results show that the pumping unit is designed reasonably and the strength meets the requirements.This paper introduces three-dimensional design and finite element analysis technology in the development of pumping unit,which increases the visibility of the product,improves the product design quality,shortens the development cycle,reduces the design cost,and lays a foundation for the future modification of the pumping unit.basis.
