| Facing some practical problems that are fast water-breakthrough-speed and high water cut during the development of bottom-water reservoirs, as well as based on the former theories, the paper reviews the beginning and development of repressing water cone about artificial-interlayer .While analyzed and calculated in theory, the artificial-interlayer is researched and verified adequately by numerical simulation and interior physics simulation experiment.Based on Lotus oil layer in the Huan 616 Block and the static ,dynamic data of Huan 616-48-48c well, on the basis of former theories, the computational formula is deduced by percolation theory in the condition of radial fluid flow according to water cone conformation research. It is found that the radius of interlayer has nothing to do with injected height, but in connection with formation parameter and injection speed and injection volume according to expression analysis. There are three regularities of distribution about interlayer shape under the condition of different injection volumes, different viscosities of interlayer and different injection speeds.(1) Different injection volumes have more to do with the radius of interlayer, but nothing to do with interlayer thickness. The larger injection volume, the greater radius of interlayer.(2) The interlayer height will increase and the radius of interlayer will decrease with the increase of injection viscosity.(3) The interlayer height will increase and the radius of interlayer will decrease with the increase of injection speed.Four models and twelve projects are devised to describe the interlayer shape preferably and carry out interior physics simulation experiments. The results of physics simulation experiments show that the physics simulation is basically in accordance with the theoretical computation about interlayer shapes. The experiment about Homogeneous, positive rhythm and reverse rhythm core shows that the injection speed has an little influence on the radius of interlayer. The larger injection volume, the greater radius of interlayer. The result of the experiment about reverse rhythm core indicates that in vertical there obviously exists a ladder shape whose radius is large on the top and small in the lower. The result of positive rhythm core is contrary to the reverse rhythm core.Numerical simulation study on morphological distribution of artificial interlayer about 48-48C well is carry out according to relevant data. Using CMG software, setting up simulation model and carrying out history matching ,it is found that the morphological distribution of artificial interlayer under the condition of numerical simulation is basically in line with the physics simulation and the theoretical computation .There are plenty of projects which have different injection speeds ,different injection volume and different injection viscosities. After compared the ultimate recovery of every project, the result coincides with the theoretical computation basically.Carried on formula selection and interior experiment for water shutoff medicament, improved water plugging technique and its matching tools, the artificial interlayer water plugging technique is applied to eight well. After the measure, the oil production of the wells increases 57 tones per day ,the moisture content of oil decreases more than 20% .So the incremental oil effect is obvious。The research results showed that artificial interlayer can effectively block the invasion of bottom-water, present significant effect of decreasing water and increasing oil. Therefore, it has a bright application prospect. |
