There are most low production and low permeability oilfield at Daqing peripheral area, with the features of scattered oilfield, low production of single well and high energy consumption. With the development of oilfield, it has already been in the high water-cut stage or in the high water-cut later stage, which can entirely make some oil wells carry out seasonal gathering and transporting at normal temperature. Those can achieve the goal of reducing cost and saving energy source. Therefore, energy saving test of gathering and transportation at normal temperature with no water blended was carried out in every oilfield, and its feasibility was studied and discussed. Optimizing function parameter of oil gathering and transportation can supply useful experience to develop energy saving and cost reducing after oilfield entering into high water-cut stage.By the in-house and field tests of the oil at some oil production plant in Daqing Oilfield, this paper analyzed, researched and realized the feasibility on unheated gathering and transportation of single pipe about low production well. The primary content included that by theoretical calculation it ensured the corresponding best insulation thickness of pipe at different depth, at the same time ensured the lowest laying cost of pipe at different depth, so ensured the economic depth of the pipe, the pipe laying depth and insulation thickness deciding the heat energy consumption of pipe transporting; by in-house test oil nature parameters were measured which can supply calculation parameter for in-house and field test; applying field data we can research and analyze the estimation means of oil product at wellhead, and well estimate the starting point of temperature loss which can supply calculating parameter to achieve unheated gathering and transportation; in-house simulation experiment of gathering and transportation at low temperature was carried out, then we can theoretically calculate the time when solidifying oil enveloped the quarter radius, that is the time when the pipeline need sphere passing; at last comparing the sphere passing time data of field test and the sphere passing period of theoretical calculation the theoretical value was modified. The corresponding calculation is achieved all by VB tongue during the process.In this paper, the best economic thickness of insulating barrier is ensued 30-32mm, and the best depth 1.2m; according to field data and by synthetically researching and analyzing, the estimating software of oil product temperature at wellhead is compiled, comparing the calculating result to the intrinsic calculating formulation, the accuracy improved greatly; calculating model of sphere passing is founded, and the calculating program of sphere passing and the running time of sphere in pipeline are developed, which have some leading signification for field operation.
