Tapping the potential producing reserves of peripheral Daqing oilfield becomes a necessary guarantee to stable producing. The producing blocks of peripheral Daqing oilfield are in middle, low and ultra-low permeable reservoirs with different levels natural fractures. The facies types of these reservoir are mainly fluvial and delta facie. In the initial stage of development, the inverted nine-spot pattern has been used widely. The applications in many peripheral reservoirs show that relatively simple pattern not only cannot get high sweepout pattern efficiency, but also cannot control water breakthrough caused by natural fractures. S382 block which is studied in this paper is the typical second type oil Layers reservoirs of Yushulin oilfield. As the serious heterogeneity and narrow-belt-like main layers, this block gets low conductivity, low sweepout pattern efficiency and low recoverable reserves of water-drive. Some oil wells are in high water cut period as the natural fractures. To meet the production problem, a comprehensive adjustment whose central is well pattern thickening must be implemented.In this paper, basing on the works previously, the method of well pattern infill or adjustment in low permeable reservoirs is studied, and mainly do work as follows:First, aiming to resolve the principal contradiction in development, the structural characteristics, the fracture's properties, the sand bodies'properties and depositional characteristics get recognized, and development effect, producing reserves, decline rate, flooding's properties and flooding types get evaluated too. It is known that principal contradiction in development is the contradiction between well pattern and geological characteristics.Second, basing on the geological reorganization and exploitation on development effect, the stochastic model gets established by applying PETREL. And the historic numerical simulation is completed by applying ECLIPSE. With the combination of finite difference and streamline simulation, the waterflooding characteristics and remaining oil distribution get studied by simulations, and the remaining oil gets discussed.At last, in accordance with the study on geological characteristics and development effect, the methods of well pattern infill or adjustment get formulated, and a practical scheme to enhance oil recovery gets worked out. Finally, a basis for the development of other blocks in Yushulin oilfield gets worked out to offer some effective technologies for the sustainable development of oilfield.
