Piperazine is a class of important pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals. Piperazine derivatives have attracted many attentions for their broad spectrum of biological activities such as anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, anti-hypertension, anti-depressant, anti-pain etc.1,3,4-oxadiazole is a class of important heterocyclic compounds,1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives have attracted much attention for their extensive biological activities such as antibacterial, antifungal, antineoplastic, antiphlogistic etc. Previous research showed that the biological activities of piperazine derivatives were highly depended on the substitutes in 1,4-position of piperazine rings. Based on the pharmacological principle of stacking, such biologically active groups as 1,3,4-oxadiazole and aroyl were introduced to piperazine rings, with a view to get new compounds with better biological activity.In this dissertation, taking piperazine, hydrazine hydrate and aromatic acids as original raw materials, we obtained twenty target molecules with aroyl and 1,3,4-oxadiazole substitutes in 1,4-position of piperazine rings by chemical association. All these twenty compounds have not been reported in literature, and the structures of twenty compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,MS and HRMS. The synthesis route was shown in scheme 1.
