Xicheng district sewage treatment plant is located in the south of Ranghu street pond, covering 31 hectares, mainly processing the emissions from the area from Ranghu street markets to four hospital, science park, changqing, and part of Longnan district and so on, that is,totally 18 sewage pumping stations. Through the investigation, and construction and operation commissioning, the regional sewage all got purification processing. The effluent achieved discharging standard(Ⅰ)of urban sewage treatment plants according to " the People's Republic of China integrated wastewater discharge standard" (GB8978-1996).In order to control pollution effectively and improve the city residents'living environment as soon as possible, simultaneously promoting the city's prosperity and improving the urban modernization level, it is very necessary to upgrade and reconstruct Daqing xicheng district sewage treatment plant.This paper analyzes the west sewage treatment plant upgrading progress, conclusions with optional solutions are as follows:(1) Through reforming and adding new processing building unit to Daqing city xicheng district sewage treatment plant, the processing quantity reached to 8.0×104m3 /day;(2) Using the way of "pretreatment+lead denitrifying + C/N superscript + rearmounted denitrifying + liquid chlorine after reform and disinfection" process, ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency of xicheng district sewage treatment plant could reach 82% above, and reached national standard "the People's Republic of China urban sewage treatment plants pollutants standards (GB 18918-2002) stipulated in the standard B standard primary;(3) Through transforming, sewage treatment plant energy consumption per cubic meters indicator: consuming 0.21kWh/m3sewage, about 0.12 kWh/kgBOD5, pharmacy total cost being 0.748 yuan/m3.
