Currently, the use of agricultural waste resources has been the key point of the development of modern agriculture and low-carbon economy. Straw and animal manure and other agricultural waste recycling resources could implement a "high quality, low investment and high efficiency, energy conservation. In this paper, based on the circular economy and sustainable development theory, combing standardize analysis and empirical research, natural science with social science, taking Bo Yang village as the example, through field research, we find out the types of agricultural waste resources and the number of potential utilization of agricultural waste, agricultural waste of resources use models and its problems, at last to design the Bo Yang village development model of agricultural waste recycling of resources. The important conclusions of thesis are as follows:(1) The kinds and the number of agricultural waste resources at Bo Yang village is big, but the comprehensive utilization rate is low. According to the survey results, there were a large number of agricultural waste recourses at Bo Yang village. The main types of agricultural waste resources include straw, manure, human waste and livestock manure. The estimated results show that the stock of main agricultural waste resources was 11865.26 t at Bo Yang village in 2009. Among them, the stock of straw was 1212.39 t, human waste was 98.75 t, and livestock manure was 10150 t. Resource comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste is about 35%, of which straw resource utilization rate is only 20% of the resources of livestock and poultry manure was 50%.(2) There was great utilization of the potential on agricultural waste recourses at Bo Yang village. Bo Yang Village resources for agricultural waste generated every year up to 11865.26 t. If Bo Yang Village, produced as much as 11865.26 t agricultural waste resources annually, it will fully achieve the energy transformation the equivalent of standard coal 3069.99 t or gas 371705.7 m3. If it is fully implementation of fertilizer, the equivalent of N fertilizer is 17.41t, P fertilizer is 7.36t, and K fertilizer is 49.45t. In addition, crop straw could use as livestock feed and also being the potential of mushroom cultivation materials.(3) In accordance with the reduction, reuse, recycling, local conditions combined with scientific development and sustainable development principles, optimize and design the Bo Yang village agricultural waste resources recycling mode. From the perspective of farmers, we design the minor cycle model including the dam, "food (grain)-Chicken (pig)-gas-food (grain)" mode and the Hill District, "fruit (grain)-Chicken (pig)-biogas-fruit (grain) "mode. From the perspective of village, we design the village-level circulation patterns, including straw-based resources of the" crop-edible fungus production "model and animal manure-based resources of the" planting-laying hens-organic and inorganic production of compound fertilizer-crop "mode.(4) Optimization model benefits are remarkable. The minor cycle model extend the industrial chain, it make the agricultural waste recycling use come true. Compare with traditional "species-raising" model, through the comprehensive recycling of agricultural wastes, life saving per household per year in energy costs about 600 yuan; crop yield increased 20% per hectare, income increase 60%. Aquaculture industry takes 100kg/head of pigs as an example, each head can save the cost of 50 yuan. In the pattern of village circulation, crop straw, animal manure and other wastes are through multiple use links, and finally back to planting, to form a virtuous cycle of industrial chain. Among them, the "crop-edible fungus production" mode using crop straw mushroom production cost 1.54 yuan per kilogram. "Planting-laying hens-organic and inorganic fertilizer-farming" model produce special chicken organic and inorganic fertilizer, indoor potted plants. From the field test and comparative study showed that application of specific organic and inorganic fertilizer the crops yield increases8%-17% than the pure application of inorganic fertilizers, the net income increases 1020-1890 yuan per hectare..
