The main characteristics of agricultural production waste are pollution,increment,space division and time division,which brings the potential environmental hazards and public health risks more and more seriously because of improper disposal.In the process of recycling treatment of agricultural production waste,the weak infrastructure issue is particularly prominent in rural areas.So,this paper establishes a scientific,effective agricultural waste recycling network from the perspective of system theory.Firstly,this paper presents the shortcomings and points out the future research directions of the existing waste recycling network in agricultural production.Simultaneously,it gives the suggestions of the further improvement,further pointing out the research objectives,main content,research methods and innovation of the research.Secondly,this paper key research the network of agricultural production waste recycling mainly from the aspects of selection of the temporary storage and processing station,and the optimization of the vehicle scheduling path.First,as the optimization objective is to minimize the number of temporary construction of agricultural production wastes,select the set coverage model.Determine the primary election of the temporary storage based on the mathematical model and the immune algorithm.Then accurate processing station location is obtained by using analytic hierarchy process method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(AHP/Fuzzy).Second,based on the characteristics of agricultural production waste,the objective of optimization is to minimize transportation costs for recycling,establishing a appropriate vehicle scheduling and routing optimization model and obtaining the optimal scheme of vehicle scheduling and path optimization.Innovation of the paper : Based on the immune algorithm and AHP / Fuzzy,a two-stage site selection model of agricultural production waste recycling network facilities was constructed and simulated.Aiming at the problem of the transportation of waste from agricultural production waste,the optimization model of the scheduling route of agricultural production waste is constructed,and the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the optimal result.Finally,the paper points out that the recycling network of agricultural production waste not only improves the recovery efficiency of agricultural production waste,but also effectively reduces the recovery cost of agricultural production waste.
