The sanitary landfill is currently a major waste disposal in China, and has been widely used. But it have deficiencies, including the high pollutants concentration in leachate, the slow stabilization of MSW, and the long and delaying aerogenesis and so on, the anaerobic-semiaerobic bioreactor landfill is proposed. Based on the experimental simulation device, compared with the gas (gas production and gas composition) of conventional model of anaerobic bioreactor, the frequency of leachate recirculation is studied on the gases to study the mechanism of gas production. The study can provide the theoretical basis for the use of this type of landfill. The following rules are derived from the test:(1)The simulative experiments showed that gas production rate of ANBL cell quickly reached the peak (1#188L/d,2#192L/d,3#216L/d) on the third day, then decreased rapidly and stabilized at 0-12L/d.The ANBL cumulative gas production is in decreasing order: ANBL1#(4568L), ANBL 3#(4051L), ANBL 2#(3552L), indicating that after combined with SAARB, gas production rate have been inhibited, but increased recharge rate, can promote the production of gas.The anaerobic bioreactor gas production rate and the outside temperature (laboratory temperature) have a similar trend. The influence of temperature on gas production rate was obvious. The gas production of CO2 is similar in the three columns. On the first 440 days, the concentration of CO2 was 9mmol/L(20.1%). Combined with SAARB and the frequency of leachate recirculation do not have a great impact on the production of CO2.There is a difference in the concentration of CH4 (on the first 440 days,1# 20.8mmol/L (46.6%),2# 22.9mmol/L (51.3%),3# 26.2mmol/L (58.7%)). The concentration of CH4 in 2# column is always less than 1#,3# column, indicating that after combined with SAARB, CH4 have been inhibited, but increased recharge rate, can promote the production of CH4.(2)In a recharge cycle of the ANBL, there are periodic fluctuations in gas production characteristics. A gas cycle is taken about 12h. In a recharge cycle the main gas components in the analog column (CH4, CO2) varies by less than 5%, indicating that in a short time, the anaerobic gas production components of the columns is basic stabilzing, not with the leachate Recharge changed greatly over time.(3)In a recharge cycle the gas production rate of CO2 in the semi-aerobic aged refuse bioreactor (SAARB) increased first, reaches its maximum (usually at about 10h after the maximum recharge), then started to decline, after 40h the gas production rate will be maintained at a lower level. For the gas production characteristics of SAARB, the run guidance is proposed.
