Eco-water (layer) is the Earth's surface, including vegetation leaf pages, root, humus layer, the surface soil layer and vegetation roots of the plant itself or theconservation of water retention in the hydrological cycle system plays an importantrole. This choice Maoergai district of upper Minjiang as a study area and a largenumber of remote sensing image data obtained from the geological point of view ofstatistical data, structural analysis, including the establishment of theoretical modelsand the variability of mutation analysis, has a certain academic significance andpractical value. In the previous article, based on the Eco-water (layer) and the main spectralcharacteristics of the major surface features were analyzed vegetation index, vegetation index for remote sensing data in combination with different detectionbands, and can reflect the status of plant growth, In the Eco-water (layer) play a majorecological conservation and the retention or water plants, so the variation ofvegetation index of some significance. Based on the study discussed the theory ofgeostatistics, and on the basis of data obtained through remote sensing images ofseveral vegetation indices of variability were analyzed.Ecological environment of water is to maintain the normal function of the waterbody, it is difficult to quantify the amount of its resources with the general approach isdifficult to obtain, by means of remote sensing, remote sensing image data as the basisof ecological water, is a research sense. Proposed in the previous article as the centerof Eco-water (layer) on the basis of quantitative remote sensing, vegetation index ofvariability of its analysis in this paper for further research to determine Eco-water(layer) of the indicators identified available basis. The research on Eco-water, not only rich in ecological theory, but also broaden the fields of remote sensing technology, and even the western development of the ecological environment and the country withimportant scientific significance.
