With the growth of population and economic development,water resources are facing more and more environmental pollution crises.The safety of drinking water has a direct impact on human health and social operations.As an important water supply site,drinking water sources are of great significance to carry out environmental investigations and adopt corresponding protection and prevention facilities.Taking the drinking water source of Gucheng Lake in Nanjing City as the research area,starting from the discussion on the environmental safety of the drinking water source.First,through the division rules of water source protection zones,the remote sensing image is divided into protection zones,and all levels of protection are protected.Analyze and count the suspected pollution sources generated by humans in the area to obtain relevant information about each suspected pollution source,and then use the establishment of a suspended matter concentration inversion model and applied to remote sensing images to obtain the spatial distribution characteristics of suspended solids in drinking water source areas and conduct water quality safety assessment.Finally,use the pollution source information of the drinking water source of Gucheng Lake and the results of water quality safety analysis to make an environmental analysis,and make recommendations for the protection of the water source.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Obtain low-altitude high-resolution remote sensing images through the UAV platform,generate digital orthophotos after preprocessing,and establish corresponding interpretation signs.The drinking water source area of Gucheng Lake is divided into protection areas through Arc GIS software and water source protection area division rules.The area of the first level protection area is about 0.565 km~2,and the second level protection area.The area is about30.168 km~2,and the area of the quasi-protection area is 6.726 km~2.Then visually interpret UAV remote sensing images,conduct data statistics on suspected pollution sources caused by human activities,and determine the distribution information of key pollution sources in combination with on-site verification and verification.(2)Since there is no universal inversion model for the concentration of suspended solids in inland water at present,the inversion model for the concentration of suspended solids established by the measured data in this paper has certain reference value for the study of suspended solids in inland water.Through modeling and verification,the correlation coefficient(R)of the model is above 0.9.The model was applied to Landsat-8 OLI data to obtain the spatial distribution characteristics of the concentration of suspended matter in the drinking water source of Gucheng Lake.It was found that the small lake area and the mouth of the Gucheng Lake had higher concentrations of suspended matter.(3)Combined with the analysis of the pollution sources and water quality safety in the drinking water source area of Gucheng Lake.It is found that the places with high suspended matter concentration in the waters of Gucheng Lake have a high correlation with the densely polluted areas?divided in this paper.Finally,some suggestions were put forward on the protection of Gucheng Lake,the source of drinking water,so as to ensure that Gucheng Lake can supply safe water continuously,and provide some reference basis for the environmental investigation of drinking water source in the future.
