The dissertation includes two parts: (l) Synthesis of N-, S-containing heterocyclic compounds by tandem reaction; (2) Synthesis of thioethers via reductive coupling of tosylhydrazones with thiols under transition metal-free condition. The contents of this dissertation are summarized as follow:Combining the research which was carried out in our laboratory in chapter 1, we give a summary of the recent progress at home and abroad and divide it into three parts. Summary of the formation of benzothiazole derivatives which contains N, S heteroatom via cross-coupling reaction of C-S bonds, silica gel-promoted tandem reaction under solvent-free and the formation of sulfide.The first part includes two contents: in chapter 2, we introduced our results that benzothiazole derivatives were synthesized from 2-iodoaniline and isothiocyanates in water via iron-catalyzed tandem reaction. In chapter 3, we studied the synthesis of 2-aminobenzothiazole derivatives via silica gel-promoted tandem addition cyclization of o-aminothiophenol with isothiocyanates, and benzo[d][1,3]thiazines also can be synthesized from 2-alkynylbenzenamines with isothiocyanates .The second part describes the reaction of tosylhydrazone with thiophenol, a facile approach to synthsize sulfide under transition metal-free condition in DMF. The methods used in this dissertation have the advantages of mild, simple, cheap and high efficient.
