| Coal fly ash is a kind of waste from the thermal power plant and occupy a large amount of space every year.Zeolite is an execelent material and has been widely applied in agriculture,petrochemical,environmental adsorption,chemical and other fields.The coal fly ash and zeolite have the similar composition,so the zeolite can be made by coal fly ash.Firstly, this thesis used the coal fly ash as raw materials to make the zeolite by alkali fusion-hydrothermal synthesis. Using the method of orthogonal experimental design to determine the craft condtion of the coal fly ash zeolite.The effects of ratio of ash to alkali,ratio of ash to water,calcination temperrture and crystallization time on the color and COD indexes in effluent were discussed.The synthesized coal fly ash zeolite was confirmed to be NaA type of zeolite phase by XRD measurement.Secondly,the catalyst was prepared.Determining the craft condition of the coal fly ash zeolite as a carrier loaded copper oxide and cerium oxide. Using the method of orthogonal experimental design,the effects of ratio of coal fly ash zeolite to copper nitrate,copper nitrate concentration,calcination temperrture and calcination time on the color and COD indexes in effluent were discussed.Then the craft condition of the coal fly ash zeolite loaded copper oxide was determinined.Then determining the craft condition of the coal fly ash zeolite loaded copper oxide and cerium oxide by the method of single-factor.Finally,using the hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, the coal fly ash zeolite as a carrier,to load copper oxide and cerium oxide to treat the acid red GR wastewater and reactive Brilliant Red X-3B wastewater.the effects of the dosage of the coal fly ash zeolite loaded copper oxide and cerium oxide catalyst,the dosage of the the hydrogen peroxide,wastewater pH value,reaction time,reaction temperature on the treatment of the acid red GR wastewater and reactive Brilliant Red X-3B wastewater were discussed.Ultimately, determining the craft condition of treating the acid red GR and reactive Brilliant Red X-3B wastewater. |
