The microconstituent/trace-constituent analysis for complex environmental samples involves sampling, transportation, storage, extraction, concentration, separation and purification, equipment inspection, quantitation-qualitation and other related technologies. Among them, the separation and purification technology of sample pretreatment process is the bottleneck for analyzing chemistry process which determines the speed of sample analysis and is a main source of error, During the nearly two decades, high throughput automated sample pretreatment techniques, especially the online pretreatment technologies based on electrophoresis. samples attract more and more attention. The applications of electrophoresis technology simplify sample pretreatment process, shorten the multifarious processor cycles.At present, the mainly separation and purification technologies include the method of the adsorption chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, etc, which however fail to meet the sample pre-processing requirement on modern environmental analytical chemistry, that is, fast, easy and automated. To solve these problems, this dissertation mainly studied and used electrophoresis separation techniques in the sample pretreatment. The detailed contents are listed: electrophoresis separation technique, electrophoresis bridge separation systems, including the design of separation-use stabilized voltage supply with adjustable switching power; detection electrode as detector for real-time monitoring of separation status; the electrochemical signals phase-locked amplifier and extraction circuit.Through coupling the separation system and ampere detector realized the online detection, then separated and detected the the pyrene solution ingredients, system adopted WGM-12864M module to real-time display the current sample separation status. Experimental results show that sample separation effect is obviously, online detection works effectively, and the experiment obtained the maximum efficiency of sample separation, meanwhile, through the experiment avoiding samples produced by multiple metastasis of other substances additional pollution. This dissertation focuses on the sample pretreatment technique which is the most active leading research field of current complex sample as well as application background of basic research. The research result will be considered to have technical support effect on the environmental protection development and plant resources study in the field of analysis chemistry.
