The official promulgation of the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Strengthening Ecological Environment Protection and Resolutely Fighting Pollution Prevention and Control"(hereinafter referred to as "Opinions")means that China has begun to fully launch the ecological environment defense war and defend "blue sky,pure land,clear water" The current important strategic tasks,this article focuses on the word Pure Land,China as a large agricultural country,the quality of soil quality is closely related to economic development.Taking the soil data of 31 provinces(cities)in China from 2006 to 2017 as an example,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of soil ecological environment quality by analyzing the soil environment,natural environment and social environment information of soil.The entropy weight method and the “time degree” weighting method are used to weight the index system and time,and the Topsis model is established to understand and study the comprehensive evaluation rankings and changes of soil eco-environment quality in 31 provinces(cities)across the country.The main contents of this paper are as follows: after comprehensive reading of the literature on soil ecological environment quality,the research background,research significance and current domestic and foreign research status of soil ecological environment quality are understood,and a theoretical understanding of soil ecological environment quality is obtained.Selected from 2006 to 2017 in 31 provinces(municipalities)of soil environment quality data,build the Topsis model of soil ecological environment quality,it is concluded that the soil environment quality of the results of static evaluation,according to the results of static evaluation,can find the national 31 provinces(municipalities)of soil environment quality is relatively consistent development,the national 31 provinces(municipalities)is divided into rising provinces(municipalities),decline in province(city),steady type(city),among them,the rising type,stable type of the province(city)distribution is concentrated,drop dispersion type distribution.Integrated the quality of the soil ecological environment in 2006 ~ 2017 the results of static evaluation,consider the degree of "time" empowerment,get the national 31 provinces(municipalities)of dynamic soil ecological environment quality evaluation results,according to the results of thedynamic evaluation of 31 provinces(municipalities)can be divided into priority,mid-range,and backward level,can be found,Fujian province,sichuan province and jilin province are ranked in the top three in China with comprehensive rating scores of0.5927,0.5731 and 0.5651,while zhejiang,anhui and Tibet are ranked in the bottom.Based on the soil ecological environment quality data of 31 provinces(cities)from 2006 to 2017,this paper has a more rational understanding of the soil ecological environment quality in the country,and can also observe the trend of soil ecological environment quality.
