This paper designs dynamic tension detection system of multi-hoisting wire rope. The system can detect the tension of rope in real-time, and alarms to overload, imbalance and other security risks during the operation of hoisting wire rope, and protects the safe operation of the elevator.This paper designs tension sensor for the hoisting cable. The sensor uses the measurement principle of strain gauge, and flexible structure of spoke. It has the advantages of large measuring range, small size, anti-interference ability etc. This paper optimizes and design the elastomer by finite element analysis method, analysis the affect relations to properties of the sensor by the main structural parameters of elastomer, and get the optimal structure of elastomer. This paper carries out the static simulation analysis to sensor, and gets sensitivity and linearity etc static performance index of sensor. This paper designs the amplification processing circuit, the circuit has good linearity.This paper adopts configuration software as detection system software. The system includes the modules of the show of rope tension and its force diagram, the running state simulation of hoist, the query and print of data etc. It has the alarm function to security hidden danger of wire rope overload etc. It can remote control.
