| With the exploitation of mineral resources, the hoisting height and runningspeed of the hoisting system are constantly improving. Thus the security andstability of the hoisting wire ropes in system have higher requirements.Therefore, in-depth and detailed research on the dynamic characteristics of thewire rope for the hoisting system is urgently needed.The mine hoisting system is a typical flexible transmission lifting system,which usually consists of friction wheel, improved container/balance hammer,hoisting wire rope, balance of wire rope and so on. The connection of hoistingwire rope and container guides the hoisting container to go up and down.Because of the flexibility characteristics of the hoisting wire rope and theinterference conditions of the complex external, the dynamic characteristics oflifting rope are very complex in the process of the whole movement. Therefore,the author uses the theoretical analysis and real test research method to deeply study those dynamic characteristics.According to the flexible characteristic of hoisting wire rope in minehoisting system, the author focused on the time-varying quality of balance ropein the hoisting container without attention to its vibration. Based on the energymethod, the transverse vibration model of multi rope friction hoisting system hasbeen established by employing the Hamilton’s principle. And Galerkin’s method,the numerical solution method,is used to solve the governing equations. Thereliability and validity of theoretical models is verified by field test.Based on the transverse vibration model by the double excitation ofhoisting wire rope, the author studied the dynamic characteristics of the hoistingwire rope’s transverse vibration under the influences of excitation and load. It isconcluded that, when the external excitation frequency equals the frequency oflifting container, the amplitude of hoisting wire rope’s transverse vibration turnsto be max. The effects of the spring stiffness coefficient k(between the liftingcontainer and cage guide), centralized damping c and system damping cd(existing in the whole system) on the transverse vibration of hoisting wire ropealso be studied by using the method of control variables and simulation in thispaper.In summary, this paper carries out, in depth, both theoretical andexperimental study on the dynamic characteristic of hoisting wire rope forthrough the vertical hoisting shaft system. It also reveals the influences of theexternal interference excitation and different structure parameters on the transverse vibration of hoisting wire rope. The author hopes that these researchachievements in this paper can provide some analysis methods and theoreticalbasis for the flexible hoisting system and improve the safety of hoisting wirerope in mine hoisting system. |
