The CO2 oil displacement technology is jilin oilfield in recent years to improve low permeability and low permeability reservoir recovery and producing rate of the most potential eor technology. The CO2 corrosion problems oil displacement wellbore is restricted by the CO2 oil displacement engineering technical bottleneck, corrosion often cause tubing perforation or string off Wells and creates a serious accident.This subject mainly aimed at the approval of the existing oil displacement wellbore CO2 corrosion problems, the corrosion analysis software for wells.based corrosion is thorough analysis and evaluation, determine severely corrosive area and predict corrosion factors on corrosion effects. Through the indoor experiment and &1-butene automethathesis validation corrosion analysis software prediction of corrosion seriously parameters interval and corrosive factors. According to the research of CO2 wells.based corrosive factors analysis, in simulating environment evaluation N80, P110, J55 wells.based commonly used material corrosion resistance, and in-depth research three kinds of material of electric dipoles corrosion and corrosion situation; since According to jilin oilfield black 59 blocks, downhole working inhibitor high-temperature and high-pressure stability test, the collection of 45 kinds of corrosion inhibitors for preliminary screening. On the analysis of the corrosion inhibitors were various, formulate appropriate filling process scheme. Using corrosion monitoring technology research, follow-up assessment wells.based material and corrosion inhibitors of the on-site application effect, at any time according to the site monitoring results, perfect and improve CO2 wells.based anticorrosion measures, realize materials selection and CO2 corrosion inhibitors application of best and most economic matching, provide the basis of the CO2 flooding for future production wellbore corrosion protection design.
