Oilfield has entered the water cut development stage in our country, the composite moisture content of 85.5% by the end of 2007, geological reserves recovery degree 24.6%. We face to adopt new technology and new method to improve recovery degree and improve recovery factor. And not producing reserves in low permeability oilfield reserves is given priority to, accounting for 80%. These difficult to use low permeability, low permeability reservoir development difficulty is great. We urgently need a new developing technology to raise the using rate of low permeability reserves.A large number of studies have shown that in the development of low permeable hard producing reserves and aqueous transformation way to improve recovery in old oilfield, CO2 flooding has more obvious technical advantage than water flooding. At present, songliao basin have been found containing CO2 gas accumulation. It provides ample for CO2 flooding gas source security, so CO2 drive has a broad application prospect.For CO2 flooding and the corrosion problems in the process of storage, we still need to further the research on the rules of CO2 corrosion combined with the actual CO2 flooding. We studied the influence of the stress corrosion of tubing string strength, and Research of different coating anticorrosion and mechanical properties. From research and development of low cost of CO2 corrosion inhibitor with low concentration of two sides of the field test, we carried out the low cost corrosion protection technology research, decreaseing the cost of application. By studying the application of corrosion monitoring technology, detection methods and guarantee measures, we further optimize the dosing process, improveing the utilization rate of medicament. By reducing the cost of CO2 corrosion and protection technology field application, we eventually become the industrialization of low cost integrated anticorrosion technology mode and route of CO2 and eventually meet the needs of industrialization promotion.
