Alkaline / surfactant / polymer flooding technology is the ASP flooding and polymer flooding in alkaline methods developed on the basis of the tertiary oil recovery technology. It can increase the swept volume, but also to improve oil displacement efficiency. As an effective enhanced oil recovery technology, with the worldwide energy shortage, more and more attention. The project for ASP flooding pilot test in the emulsification occurs by field test in the analysis of emulsion characteristics to simulate the characteristics of the emulsion, indoor use of ASP flooding developed emulsion, one of the different chemicals formation of the characteristics of different types of emulsion and found that the formation of single solution and crude oil emulsion type and concentration of the solution are not closely related, closely related with the water, while the formation of different types of solution, the transition point of the emulsion is not the same.On this basis, the use of confocal laser scanning three-dimensional reconstruction of the lamellar, the ion probe calibration limiting membrane material distributed technology, micro three-dimensional fluorescence detection technology and digital image analysis techniques to study the effects of emulsion viscosity, particle size size, stability, rheology and microstructure, and analyzes the phenomenon of emulsion instability. The results showed that:With the increase of moisture content, emulsion viscosity and average particle size changes with changes in moisture content, limits exist in the transition point; With the increase of moisture content, emulsion stability of continuously variation; the presence of salt reduction w / o emulsion stability, and the addition of alkali increased w / o emulsion stability; polymer solution on the w / o emulsion is less affected by adding alcohol solution increased emulsion stability; surfactants on the w / o emulsion stability has a dual role, when the surfactant concentration is low there demulsification role, while at high concentrations, there is stability.
