Tuha oil field began in 1991, as the development, nearly 10 years, with advanced oil gathering and transportation station processing technology constantly emerging, obviously, which energy consumption in the energy saving standing and advanced technology exists obvious gap. Mainly displays in :gathering and transportation technology and various kinds of crude oil stable process low level, it is necessary to improve the process to improve efficiency. Seriously, waste water of heating process is not enough advanced, the production waste is serious.In this paper, aiming at these problems,some typical regions of Honglian, Shenquan,Yanmuxi areas were chosen to carry out present situation investigation, analysis and the study on surface gathering system. Through the analysis of energy distribution in the system, find out the main factors that affect the efficiency of the system, and the system reform scheme was proposed, including expanding the scale, under the two-in-one energy consumption optimizing adjustment, application supporting technology and implement cooling set oil etc. The implementation of the retrofit scheme, formed a complete set of crude oil gathering and transportation technology, energy consumption supporting standing with oil field production practice, to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of the system.This research has important significance in energy consumption of Tuha oil field both design and operation.
