In recent years,different types of gas fields have formed a diverse gathering processes. It has been the subject of today’s gas industry development to analysis how the entire natural gas gathering pipeline system is running therefore to develop gas field in a scientific,economical and effective way.D gas field project has a plenty of single wells,and a wide range of jurisdiction, in process optimization a large amounts of data need to be processed, gathering and transmission pipeline system need to be optimally studied and the scheme of gathering and transportation technology with high reliability which meets the status in D gas field has to be optimized in order to save costs and reduce energy consumption,which has important practical significance of improving economic efficiency and social efficiency.Based on the analysis of existing research results both at home and abroad, this study has put forward its purpose.Then starting with D gas field production,the detailed analysis of gas-field’s status such as topography,climate and engineering should be done,the analysis and accounting along with an overall layout of gathering pipeline network shall be completed in many aspects such as simplifying processes and saving the investment to choose the most optimal layout scheme of gathering pipeline network.Then based on what has been done above,gas-liquid multiphase flow technology, prevention of hydrate technology, prevention of corrosion technology as well as optimization of gas field booster gathering process should be optimally analyzed so as to optimum a gathering process scheme which is available for D’s status.By D’s design of gas gathering and gas lines,considering pipe laying,crossing project and route structure,all quantities of gas accounting should be done.Through the gathering pipeline layout scheme of investment and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each field respectively,finally decided to build a gas gathering station.By establishing the model of the cost of investment as the objective function, the heating scheme compared with high pressure measurement and alcohol injection scheme of low investment cost, operation cost is low alcohol injection scheme, from an economic point of view is a good choice.Considering the operation cost, safety and environmental protection, recommend the use of gas station set to heat the gas in the gas zone to prevent hydrate formation.The processing factory of the central supercharging, may make partial gas booster ahead of time, can not make full use of the gas pressure, at the same time set diameter gas trunk line must satisfy the low pressure, large flow condition, the diameter increases, the processing plant investment is much higher than the pressurization scheme divided concentration pressurization scheme, through the accounting, finally the gas field on the booster.
