Low density slurry is to satisfy low-pressure easy leak wells and deep well long seal wells cementing demand for such complex needs. At present, its direction is developed excellent comprehensive performance, low cost and easy construction of low-density cement slurry.Developed low density slurry of density stability, good comprehensive performance, raw materials sources widely and low cost will has good economic efficiency and application prospect. Therefore, studies conducted on the resistant high temperature high strength low density slurry system, to meet the complex needs of well cementing. First through the extensive literature research, detailed analysis on physical and chemical properties and application characteristics of the fly ash, micro silicon, bentonite, slag, drift beads etc and theirs corresponding low-density slurry system. Then based on the close packing and the particle size distribution theory, optimized system admixture, determined the admixture dosage, and optimized the early strength agent, fluid loss, retarders and other additives, to determined the formulation of different density resistant high temperature high strength low density slurry. Finally, a large number of experiments were evaluated of this system, the experimental results show that high compressive strength, cement slurry thickening time is adjustable,low permeability, good stability , anti-temperature performance, wide range of applications in a certain extent, control the low density of slurry system application costs, and has good construction safety. This study is helpful to perfect low density of slurry system, improve the low-pressure easy leak wells and deep well long sealing well construction safety and cementing quality, meet the complex needs of well cementing.
