In order to increase reserves and production in Tahe oil field,speed up the exploration and development of the external exploration area. Some wells have high pressure formation cause many problems for cementing. The difficulties of those external wells mainly include: high density slurry system apparent viscosity is high, and mixing on site is difficulty. As well as some time the slurry settle and poor stability, and is difficult to change the performance, and compressive strength is lower. Up to now there are no precedents of successful cementing jobs with cement slurry density over2.6g/cm3.After one year of technical research work,we get the following research achievem ent.(1)With technical analysis for high density cement slurry cementing job in explorati on area,we find out that the cementing difficulties include harsh geological conditions, poor design of high density cement slurry,poor displacing rate and so on.(2) By opti mizing the weighting agent,optimized solid phase particle size and particle shape of w eighting agent according to particle size distribution and packing theory for cement slu rry, which improve the performance of rheology and stability of cement slurry,as well as cement strength.(3)Optimized the cement slurry recipe,and developed a high-density brine slurry set, the highest density is over2.90g/cm-3and compress strength over14MPa/48h(18.1MPa/2.60g/cm3,14.9MPa/2.90g/cm3).Other excellent performance meet the r equirements of the cement job site.(4)Develop a related technology by research the mi xing technology for high weighting agent,as well as research on displacement efficienc y technology for high viscosity high density drilling fluid and irregular wellbore.(5) M ix and pump in surface and density is over2.69g/cm3.For the three wells high-density cement slurry application, cementing pass rate is100%.The High-weight cement slurry performance is similar with conventional cement slurry system by research work. And high-weight cement slurry cementing operation is getting more convenient. The high-weigh cement slurry with perfect performance has been developed, as well as supporting technology,which meet the need of salt formation cement jobs.This cement slurry and supporting has applied in external well of Tahe Oilfield,and accelerate exploration rate for external area for its good cement quality.
