With the rapid development of social economy, it has become a serious environmental problems that soil heavy metal pollution.It has drawn people's attention with various of advantages of phytoremediation technology that soil heavy metal pollution, example for green, cheap and potential economic benefits. The soil in lead-zinc mining area in Ganluo county has been seriouly polluted by heavy metal. In the polluted soil, the contents of Pb,Zn, and Cd are 3295.26 mg/kg,411.99 mg/kg, 10.47 mg/kg.In order to proven the reparative potential of grain crops corn for the soil heavy metal pollution in mining area, we specially selected 16 different varieties to research the ectopic repair on experiment in pot without any additive soil heavy metals pollution. Each spexies set three replicati.We key investigated the cumulative ability of 16 corn varieties to soil heavy metal different elements. They were studied that the growth condition to the different varieties of corn for heavy metal pollution in mining area was also in research.Moreover, the distribution and transfer ability of corn in different organs to heavy metals, the cumulative laws changes with time to different kinds of heavy metal elements in the body of corn, and the screening of maize varieties to suitable for bioremediation of metal pollution mining area heavy were also given, the main results as follows.(1) The whole growth period for maize varieties is between 130d-135d. Its growth situations is longer than growth time of normal maize plant. In mine soil environment with heavy metal pollution, corn could not grew better in contrast to the control, the varieties of corns'agronomic traits are different. Concrectly the five corn varieties of Zhenghong 102, Zhenghong 311, sichuan Chuandan 15, Chuandan 29, Chuandan 418 don't bear fruits, the varities of Zhenghong 6, Chuandan 428, Chengdan 30 and Nongda 95 carieties could grow normally. Zhenghong 102, Chuandan 15, Chengdan 30 and Dunyu 518 carieties were significant or very significant different from other varieties. Zhenghong 102, Chuandan 15's contents is lower. On the contrary, Chuandan 15and Chengdan 30's content is higher.(2) In 16 different varieties of corn, the Pb content in the leaf is 48.36-78.75 mg/kg,26.78-50mg/kg in the stem,84.67-445.1mg/kg in the root,1.371-1.837 mg/kg in the grain; Zn content in the leaf is 110.2-267.5 mg/kg,220.8-319mg/kg in the stem,174.1-244.3 mg/kg in the root,46.06-55.03 mg/kg in the grain. According to "Heavy Metals Content In The Food and Products Limited Standards'" (NY861-2004), three elements content of Pb, Zn Ni of corn was overweight. Parts of all overweight.Cd content were hihger than the standard. The interactive effect of various heavy metal elements in various organs of corn is obvious.(3) Heavy metal element content's changing over time is significant different thanks to different organs in different varieties of corn body In the root, the changing of heavy metal content is general different with time than stem and leaf's Cd, Pb, Zn content of various organs in corn were in the trend of increase over raised time. Cr, Ni in various organs in corn were in the slight gradually reduce tredency over time, Cu in various organs in corn increased firstly over time, and then reduce secondly. The distribution of heavy metal elements content in different organs of 16 corn varieties is the root> leaf> stems> grain. Enrichment coefficients of heavy metal element content is overground> underground transport coefficient is leaves> stems> grain.(4) Bioremediation capability of Corn to heavy metal pollution in mining soil area is different significantly because of different varieties. For phytoremediation different types of heavy metal pollution of soil choose different maize varieties.For Pb repairing ability, the strongger varieties are Nongda 95, Zhenghong 6, Zhenghong 212, Zhenghong 532 and Yayu 12; For Cd repairing ability, the strongger varieties are Chuandan 13, Zhenghong 6,Zhenghong 102, Zhenghong 532, Chuandan 29 and Yayu 12; For Zn repairing ability, the strongger varieties were chosen as Zhenghong 6,Chengdan 30, Yayu 12, Zheng-hong 532, Dunyu 518 and Nongda 95.
