The research take Yueyang Taolin lead and zinc slag and Hengdong lead and zinc slag as plant growth substrate, to screen lead-zinc-resistant plants and improve lead-zinc-polluted soil, and purpose to selecte the plants that adapt lead-zinc-polluted soil and develop the technology of improving lead-zinc-polluted soil that can offer the basis and underlying data for the ecological control and ecological use of lead-zinc-polluted soil. The main results of the study is as follows:(1) The initial selection of the plants grow in Yueyang Taolin lead and zinc slag is elected14species that Pistacia chinensis,Broussonetia papyrifera,Ligustrum quihoui Carr.,Viburnum odoratissimum,Distylium racemosum Sieb.et Zucc.,Swida wilsoniana,Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl.,Abelia dielsii,Phoebe zhennan S.Lee et F.N.Wei,Daphniphyllum calycinum Benth,Micheliamacclurel,Sapium sebiferum, Michelia chapensis and Photinia serrulata.Through the analysis of two aspects of plant growth and heavy metal resistance, further selected8species that Pistacia chinensis, Broussonetia papyrifera,Ligustrum quihoui Carr.,Viburnum odoratissimum,Distylium racemosum Sieb.et Zucc.,Swida wilsoniana,Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl and Sapium sebiferum, as alternative plants to repair Yueyang taolin Pb-Zn mine.(2) The plants grow poor in Hengdong lead and zinc slag. Statistics in the first sample14species survival, but second sample only a Daphniphyllum calycinum Benth survival. Correlation analysis showed that the cause of filter plants death is that heavy metal content in the body is too high,but Daphniphyllum calycinum Benth has the strong defense mechanism through reducing the absorption to resist heavy metal poisoning. Ecological restoration of Hengdong Lead and zinc slag need to further expand the scope of selecting the resistance species.(3) Compared with the control group,The treated group effect of the amendent improved root environment of the plants grow in Taolin lead and zinc slag is generally,to a degree appropriate to promote lead enrichment of plants, But little effect on the absorption of zinc,copper,cadmium. The effect of the amendent reduce the amount of Daphniphyllum calycinum Benth heavy metal absorption, so promoting Daphniphyllum calycinum Benth growth and development. (4) When restoring the Taolin lead-zinc tailing proposing80%slag+15%peat+5%organic bacterial manure and80%slag+15%vermiculite+5%organic bacterial manure programs. Because of the Taolin lead-zinc slag nutrient element contents that plant growth required is low, so necessary to increase the N,P,K content in the amendent.
