The Strawberry gray mold is the common disease during strawberry production. It affects the yield of strawberry fruits. When the flower organ of strawberry infected with grey mold, it will not produce fruits; if the fruit were infected with grey mold, the fruit will not be edible. At present, most strawberry is produced in green house, but the closed and moist environment in green house easily causes the diseases. Generally, spraying is the main method for prevention and cure of strawberry grey mold in greenhouse, however, spaying will increase the moisture in greenhouse, thus accelerate the disease exacerbation. But if pesticide is applied by aerosol, this problem will get remission. The aerosol for strawberry is not popular in market now. Comparing with spraying, the advantage of aerosol is spray drift and will not increase the moisture in greenhouse. Utilizing these advantages, this experiment will use pesticide to make aerosol to prevent and cure the strawberry grey mold in green house. The major procedures and results of this experiment are as below:1. Fungicide screening:In this experiment, four kinds of pesticides are screened, Diniconazole, Carbendazim, Triadimefon and Imazalil. Using plate method to determine the growth rate of strawberry grey mold on toxic medium, and caECulate the virulence of these four pesticides. The result indicates that the virulence of diniconazole is higher that other three pesticides. According to the single dose screening principle, Diniconazole and Imazalil were chosen to screen compound proportion. The purpose of screening compound proportion is synergism and enlarging the scope of prevention and treatment. At the mean time strengthen the prevention effect of strawberry, also treat other disease. The result of screening is that the proportion of Diniconazole and Imazalil is 4:1, and this co-toxicity coefficient is the highest, and exhibits an additive effect.2. Aerosol processing:This experiment preliminary study on the proportion of the heat-supply and processing method. The proportion of heat-supply is as follows: Wood flour 23%, Potassium chlorate 11%, Potassium nitrate 11%, Ammonium chloride 30%, TaECum powder 23%, and CMC-Nal%. By studying on processing method, we improve the wet process steps. By screening the proportions of aerosol, we get a set of optimal proportion.3. Aerosol quality inspection:According to the current industry standard, a series indicators of aerosols were detected, the test results meets industry standards.4. Aerosol experiment in greenhouse:The experiment result indicates that the prevention effect of this aerosol is approx the same effect as 15% of the aerosol Pythium·Chlorothalonil in market, and no phytotoxicity symptoms, this aerosol can be used to prevent and cure the strawberry grey mold in greenhouse.5. Detection of Pesticide Residue:In this experiment, strawberry leaves are detected after pesticide application of 6h, 1d,3d,7d. The detection result indicates that the half-life of Diniconazole is 6.7d, and the half-life of Imazalil is 7.2d.
