Pesticide significant contribution to agricultural development is undeniable, but its high toxicity, high residue, environmental friendly has been criticized by human beings.Higher effective and lower toxicity pesticide is one of the most important direction for future development of pesticides, and the other is novel mechanism of action of pesticide varieties.Diniconazole is one of the fungicides with lower toxicity, high efficiency, low resistance in the trizole fungicide.Fenoxycarb is juvenile hormone analogue efficient insect growth regulators to kill the insects. We studied two of the pesticides' synthetic routes, and explored the optimization of the synthesis process. The feasible process was probed into the synthesis of diniconazole.Diniconazole was prepared by using the 1,2,4-1H-Triazole and 1-Chloropinacolone as the starting material, followed by Knoevenagel reaction,isomerization,keto-reduction.We have synthesiszed the diniconazole and its intermediates successfully. The technology of synthesizing the carbamate insecticide diniconazole has also been studied. The effects of the reaction time, the reaction temperature, molar ratio of reactants and suitable solvent have been compared and discussed emphatically.the better synthetic process was provided.Procedure for the diniconazole was developed.Their structures were confirmed by means of 1H NMR,GC-MS.We selected a suitable synthetic route for fenoxycarb, used ethanolamine and ethyl chloride as starting material to synthesize 2-Chloroethyl ethyl carbamate, phenol and chlorophenol to synthesize 4-phenoxy phenol. And we discussed the factors thar impact yield of intermediate 2-chloroethyl ethyl carbamate in detail.Optimizing the final product of fenoxycarb's synthesis and purification means, through 1HNMR,GC-MS,IR to confirm the structure. And etermining the suitable sindustrial line.
