Material, information and energy have been become the three pillars of modern civilization in the beginning of the seventies of the 20th century. Material Has become the guide and basis of the high-tech industry in fact, and play a decisive role. Conjugated polymers are a class of new materials, which combines the optical properties of semiconductor and polymer excellent machining performance, easy operation performance, and has been widely used in optoelectronic devices and sensors and other fields.Electroluminescence is an energy conversion which is the energy transformed into light by organic materials under a certain electric field. Organic matter is inspired by the corresponding power generated luminescence. It is one of the research focus of the field of photonic and electronic materials. Compared to inorganic and organic small molecule electroluminescent materials, polymer electroluminescent material has many advantages. Polymer materials have wide band gap, high luminous efficiency, which can be avoided the problems of the life of the device caused by the lower glass transition temperature of organic small molecule materials and easier crystallization of the material under devices generated joule heat during work. Not only that, polymer materials has a strong ability of the structure variability. So it can design molecular structure as needed, change the luminescent properties, improve the material's physical and chemical properties and the stability of its processing and use of all aspects of stability by the way of doping. In this research area, many chemists are engaged in research of new light-emitting materials with excellent properties synthesis and photophysical behavior.Polyfluorene electroluminescent materials have been widespread concern nearly a decade. Compared with other polymers, polyfluorene not only has good modification , better solubility and optical quantum efficiency, but also has good thermal stability and chemical stability, which meet the requirements of the electroluminescent devices of the material, so it is the most likely blue electroluminescent material of the practical application.However, due to its excitation level LUMO and the ground state level HOMO do not match with the two electrodes, caused barrier of electron and hole injection, so polyfluorene has low light-emitting efficiency and brightness ,and also may appear exciplex aggregates and fluorenone defects in the process of making light emitting devices so light-emitting diode efficiency and color purity decreases. These all have limited the commercial application of polyfluorene. For this reason, scientists have done a lot of work。This paper combines the advantages of the class of polyfluorene in synthesis, purification, modification, and of spectral purity, select the fluorene structure as building units of target molecules, Long-chain and long alkyl chain ether functional groups were connected with the ninth of the fluorene monomer respectively, to obtain the fluorescent materials with novel structure and excellent performance and effective purification of the monomer. Synthesis of two conjugated polymers by SUZUKI polymerization with monomer which has structure of amino and lo fluoren. Part of the monomers and intermediates were characterized by 1~H NMR and (13)~C NMR. The resulting polymers were characterized by IR, UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. Two polymers were measured redox potential by cyclic voltammetry, and calculated band gap. On fluorene-based polymer particles in aqueous amino fluorescence spectra under different pH value showed that, pH value has an impact on accumulation of state of fluorene-based polymer, accumulation of state structures weakened with the increase in acidity.
