In this paper, several D-A-D type conjugated polymers containing carbazole andbenzothiadiazole structures were designed and synthesized. Furthermore, poly-thiophene-porphyrin derivatives which contain conjugated bridged two dimensionnetwork structures were also synthesized. The main contents as follows:With4,4’-dibromobiphenyl as the raw material,2,7-dibromo-9-hexyl-carbazoleand2,7-di(boric acid ester)carbazole were synthesized, then Poly(9-hexyl-carbazole)was synthesized under Suzuki coupling reaction.With4,7–dibromo-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole and tributyl-(4–hexyl–thiophen–2-yl)-stannane as the raw materials,4,7-di(4–hexyl–thiophen–2–yl)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazolewas synthesized under Still coupling reaction, and4,7–di(5–bromo–4–hexyl–thiophen–2-yl)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole was obtained followed by NBS bromination reaction. Inaddition,4,7-di(boric acid ester)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole was synthesized.Poly[4-(4–hexyl–thiophen–2-yl)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole], poly[9–hexyl-carbazole+di(4–hexyl–thiophen–2-yl)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole] and poly[9-hexyl-carbazole+2,1,3-benzothiadiazole] were synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction.Meso replaced thiophene-porphyrin derivative was synthesized under mixedsolvent method. After bromination reaction, porphyrin metal complexe was obtainedthrough the complex reaction with Zinc ion. Poly[9-hexyl-carbazole+meso-5,10,15,20-tetra(thiophen–2-yl)porphyrin] and Poly[4,7–di (4–hexyl–thiophen–2-yl)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole+9–hexyl-carbazole+meso-5,10,15,20-tetra(thiophen–2-yl)porphyrin] were synthesized respectively under Suzuki coupling reaction.All of the monomers were characterized by IR,1H-NMR and13C-NMR. Theoptical properties of the polymers were characterized by UV-vis, Fluorescencespectrum and Photoluminescence spectrum. The electrochemical properties wereanalysed by cyclic voltammetry, and the band gap and orbital energy of the polymerswere calculated followed by.
