With the high development of social economy, the pollution of water environment is becoming more and more serious. The water scarcity has now become the main environmental problem that people are paying attention to. At the same time, people began to think highly of the wastewater regeneration and reuse.Taking the wastewater in the Chinese people's liberation army 4808 factory as treated object, we have studied the feasibility of the recycled water of factory waste water. The factory produces domestic sewage and other kinds of wastewater, such as the electroplate water and the acid cleaning water. Three water treatment technologies were designed, including sequence batch reactor, membrane biological reactor, anaerobic-aerobic-oxygen process. After the comparison of the three processes'principles, characteristics, application ranges, operation mechanisms, the A~2/O process was determined to be the main process of the program. And then we did some experiments to study its treatment effects and made conclusions as follow:First, the removal rate of COD is 92.72%, SS 72.13%, Ammonia Nitrogen 77.16%, Phosphate 85.87%; the effluent COD concentration is 35 mg/l, SS 75 mg/l, Ammonia Nitrogen 14.5 mg/l, phosphate lower than 0.3 mg/l.Second, the wastewater that has been biologically treated can be reused, after been filtered by ceram and disinfected by Chlorine dioxide. The treated wastewater can be reused to these areas such as: flushing toilets, watering ships, cleaning cars, greening, adding water for the winter heating systems and so on.After doing technology and economy analysis of the reuse of factory waste water, we sum up the advantage and trouble of recycled water. What's more, we hope it can provide some available information for the future water-reuse engineering design and process selection.
