In recent years,with the improvement of environmental protection technology and the increasingly serious environmental situation,the industry standard conditions,cleaner production standards and other environmental protection policies that are related with copper smelting enterprises come on stage ceaselessly.In order to save water resource and protect water environment,Jinlong company implements water environment comprehensive treatment project.Jinlong company that made its own design is the first large copper flash smelter in China with comparatively long and complex process flow.Through the analysis of the source and the nature of waste water in copper smelter,the investigation on water environment situation of Jinlong company,considering the current situation of the copper smelting enterprise in China,for the problems in Jinlong company as large water displacement,low reuse rate of industrial water,combined system of the drainage pipe network,SS,COD and heavy metal elements don't stable meet requirement when it rains or at ordinary times,the capacity of sewage treatment station is not enough,accident pool is not set and so on,the technical innovation has been determined.The main technical measures are as follows:(1)Saving water and reducing the pollution from the source,sewage diversion,pollution control,water use for multi-purpose,the collection,treatment and reuse of production waste water in qualities,improve reuse rate of industrial water,reducing waste water output in high limit,reducing end treatment cost.Perfect water circulating facilities,add sanitary sewage pipe and collection pool,add production waste water pipe and collection pool,treatment by areas and collect flushing water that is still not colleceted in the contaminated sites and roads within the limit of the plant,collect initial rainwater in the road,transform rainwater drainage system,reduce the number of external drainage outlets in the plant,accident pool and initial rainwater collection pool are set before each drainage outlet to prevent the pollution of external water.(2)Addition or rehabilitation and expansion of various kinds of waste water treatment and reuse facilities.Rehabilitation and expansion acid sewage treatment station,improve the sewage treatment capacity.Add waste water depth treatment station,acid sewage that reached the standard is all back for production.Add initial rain water treatment station,the initial rain water that reached the standard is discharged exterior or reused.Add sanitary sewage treatment facilities,The sanitary sewage that reached the standard is used for greening or sprinkling road.After the implementation of the project,it can well solve pollution problem to the environment from containing heavy metal ion sewage,meet the current requirement of environmental protection,realize social benefits and environmental benefits,and also make good reference and demonstration for the other similar copper smelting enterprises.
