The sea is a complicated system and it is very crucial to monitor the environment element which is highly related with each other. In recent years, our country has attached great importance to develop the marine environment monitoring, for example, increasing the monitoring and observe sites in local water areas in order to establish the all around montoring in the real sense. Under this context, the research of multi-source marine environment monitoring element integration and analysis methods has been given primary importance among all efforts in developing the sea. At present, as the launch of "digital sea" project, many integration and analysis methods have been created for marine data. However, the technologies have been applied can only monitor the marine data with static numbers, types and formats. What's more, there are two main difficulties:first, they can't realize the dynamical integration of monitoring data which have many sources in real time; second, they also can' t fuse the integration and analysis of the data with the purpose of creating a relatively comprehensive data processing flow. So the dynamical integration and analysis of real-time multi-source has become an important research subject.This paper has a try to improve the middleware integration algorithm to do the second integration for the data structure that we need. After that, we can realize the display and update of the data uniformly, thereby solve the problem of dynamical integration of monitoring data. We also add some qual i ty control functions in the the process of data integration, and fuse the integration and analysis of the data to guarantee the correctness of the final data. Finally, we release the real-time monitoring information and forecast products by Web Service and display them by WebGIS, So we can realize of data "integration-analysis-display" processing flow. This paper gives a brief analysis of marine environment monitoring around Beihai area, introduces the research situation of marine environment monitoring integration and analysis system, develops a roal-time marine environment monitoring integration and analysis system based on WebGIS. The innovation point of this paper is the research of data dynamical analysis. After all, in order to develop the marine environment monitoring forecast, it is very important to grasp the junction between observation and forecast of marine monitoring data.
