This paper is targeted at the study of layered water-injection for oil field. The designed controlling system is composed of electronic control system and executing system, which can test and adjust each layer's condition easily and quickly by applying modern electronic technology combined with sophisticated mechanical design, realizing integration of measurement control and adjustment. The executing system applies flexible connection instead of rigid connection, mechanical force instead of motor drive, which titles the system to automatic unlocking. Facing with the special conditions of under well, the material of executing system (duplex stainless steel) is of high strength and anti-corrosion, and each parameter is checked by strength theory to ensure the safety and stability. In order to make the testing result more precise and take more advantages of sensors, different function-auxiliarycondition are designed corresponding to different conditions.Microcontroller being the core, instruction set is designed on hardware, making the whole system is intelligent. All the systems are made of modeling design way, and three parts of executing system are connected by screws, which make changes and maintenances easier. Each model is independent, which can be extended and transplanted conveniently.This system tests and adjusts every layer to sustain a perfect amount of injection-water into oil layers. It can advance the efficiency of oil-drive, last recovery ratio and plays an important role in the technologies of oil developing.
