Analysis And Control Measures Study Of Sichuan Hazardous Waste Pollution Status

In recent years, with the development of Sichuan's economy, more and more environmental problems are coming out.Among those environmental pollutions,hazardous waste's harm to environment is particularly prominent.Now it becomes one of the most serious environmental problems of today. It caused widespread concerns around the world oThis paper mainly uses the survey data of output,utilization,capacity and emissions of hazardous waste from each city and state,which is taken from the survey of pollution sources in Sichuan province in 2009. Firstly,it takes factor analysis by SPSS software,so that it can select main influence factors(main factors) among many hazardous waste factors. Then take the selected main factors for cluster processing. At last,SPSS software divides the output of hazardous waste from each city and state into 6 categories, divides utilization and capacity of hazardous waste from each city and state into 7 categories,and divides emissions of hazardous waste from each city and state into 6 categories.According to the cluster processing result of output,utilization,capacity and emissions of hazardous waste from each city and state made by SPSS software.This thesis went on a deep analysis and discussion,and found out the common feature of clustered output,utilization,capacity and emissions of hazardous waste from each city and state.Based on this,the paper puts forward appropriate pollution control measures and at last comes to the conclusion,which suggests that we should establish a hazardous waste landfill respectively in Liangshan and Ganzi and build a corresponding capacity hazardous waste incineration plant respectively in Ya'an,Nanchong and Zigong city. So that major emitters of hazardous waste can be treated.Hazardous waste can be avoided to be discharged directly into environment and threat people's health.
