This paper puts forward the optimal desulfurization and denitrification plan—Combined Removal of SO2 and NOx in Flue Gas by Activated Coke,based on comparison of combined removal of SO2 and NOx in flue gas by activated coke,flue gas desulfurization and denitrification by irradiation of electron beam,removal of SO2 and NOx in flue gas by plused discharge and various flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technologies.Using combined removal of SO2 and NOx in flue gas by activated coke system as an object for researching and through the reaction mechanism and composition of system, thirty-one models for simulation design of combined removal of SO2 and NOx in flue gas by activated coke system are established,and models mainly include the amount of air,the amount of flue gas,concentration of sulfur dioxide in inlet flue gas,concentration of nitrogen oxides in inlet flue gas,the bed pressure drop,NO reaction rate,SO2 adsorption rate, desulfurization efficiency and denitrification efficiency.Simulation design of the bulit models are analyzed by computer language into a variety of instructions which can be idengtified by computer to complete all kind of design calculation.Module used in the main of form module,to build a project as the carrier, a total of thirty-four forms are created,so the simulation design software of combined removal of SO2 and NOx in flue gas by activated coke system has been developed.The software has been finally compiled to an application software bunle.It can run independently in Windows.Using developed simulation design software helpfully designs combined removal of SO2 and NOx in flue gas by activated coke system of the unit of a 300MW coal-fired power plant,completing the calculation of flue gas volume,the design parameters of activated coke,size of reactor structure and system parameters and economic analysis of the work. Ultimately the main factors of influencing the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification are analyzed. To some extent,the software can offer theoretical warranty to the design of combined removal of SO2 and NOx in flue gas by activated coke system.And it has important guidance and reference value.The study of dissertation has basically met the expected design requirements.
