Described the main flue gas desulfurization technologies of coal-fired power plant, including limestone-gypsum wet process, water ammonia desulfurization method, NH3method, dual-alkali hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2)/magnesium oxide(MgO)method, sodium alkali and so on. And compared and analyzed these flue gas desulfurization process from an economic perspective and technical point of view. Limestone-gypsum wet FGD process is very suitable for large thermal power of large thermal power plants, because of its high efficiency, technology is mature, reliability, adaptability to changes in the coal, absorber rich in natural resources, cheap, easy to desulfurization by-product utilization, technology advances faster than most other process. Described the computer simulation and its developed processes.AS The matching limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system of coal-fired plant300MW unit for the simulation study. Studied the principles of the process and reaction mechanism, established relevant mathematical models, designed and developed the coal-fired plant limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system optimize control simulation software, the software generally includes wet flue gas desulfurization process simulation, user information, help such three parts. Wet flue gas desulfurization process simulation includes the overall dynamic presentation of wet flue gas desulfurization system, flue gas system dynamic presentation, slurry circulation system dynamic presentation, desulfurization products processing system dynamic presentation, system parameters and system optimization, etc. Paper discuss and analysis the factors that affect the desulfurization efficiency, optimize the parameters such as liquid-gas ratio (L/G), pH value, calcium sulfur ratio(Ca/S) which have greater impact on desulfurization efficiency. Made the random data to be a list and a line chart, and analyzed he line chart. Optimized the calculation of flue gas which produced by coal-fired boiler through the simulation software, to allow the gas parameters more accurate and reasonable. The simulation software could provide reference for WFGD system economic, safe and stable operation and training operating personnel.
