With the economic reform and opening-up, the people's living standard has been constantly improved in Chin But the food safety accidents have occurred frequently. Microbiological tests, including total bacteria and coliform detection, are used to determine whether the food is safe.This research mainly includes the following components:1) Developing on rapid detection slip of total bacteriaThe rapid detection slip of total bacteria was studied by adding the TTC into the medium, optimizing the medium, adjusting pH, and selecting the drying method. The result showed, the sensitivity of the self-made detection slip was increased by adding TTC (80μg/mL), glucose (5 mg/mL), beef extract (3 mg/mL) into the culture medium, and adjusting pH to 6.5-7.0.2) Developing on rapid detection slip of coliform bacteriaThe rapid detection slip of coliform bacteria was studied by adjusting pH, adding the bromocresol purple and sodium deoxycholate into the medium, and selecting the drying method. The sensitivity of the self-made detection slip was increased by adjusting pH to 6.62±0.2, adding bromocresol purple (0.064 mg/mL) and sodium deoxycholate (1 mg/mL) into the culture medium. The false positive rate is 3.3%, the false negative rate is 2.5%. And it can be used in the food safety inspection for determing coliform bacteria.
