Hydraulic cylinder is used to adjust the height of holder and load bearing. As the main executive body in the hydraulic support, it is the last link of the hydraulic system. Hydraulic cylinder's properties directly affect the quality of mechanical equipment normal working performance. The Hydraulic cylinder diversified in structure forms, if designed reasonably may get twice the result with half the effort; in contrast, it could bring about "congenital deficiency", causing a lot of problems during manufacture and using.Cylinder and crock bottom as separate processing parts, need to link up by welding, in the welding process, welding caused by local non-uniform thermal, resulting in a dynamic stress, strain and then the residual deformation and residual stress in the cylinder, avoid the welding process produces stress and strain and influence the quality and productivity welding joints, therefore, it is necessary to use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to simulate the cylinder process of hot welding.This paper is based on the basis of previous work experience, preliminary design calculation pillar, check parts related size and strength, with the three-dimensional drawing software after SolidWorks draw out the relevant parts, followed by 3d graphics with ANSYS finite element analysis software simulation analysis of cylinder connection place welding. Using ANSYS software simulation analysis of the 3d entity, and gives the welding simulation process related welding temperature and stress analysis, it is concluded that the simulation method of welding, the simulated results of 3d image with these 3d analysis in the practice of the cloud the results and theoretical results firmer close, and put forward some practice and design for reasonable design proposal.This paper mainly work and the conclusions are as follows.(1) Designed a whole column the main parts and using three-dimensional drawing software mapped the graphics and related equipment figure;(2) Using the life and death of seam element technique method for applying load gradually;(3) Using finite element analysis software ANSYS simulation analysis in the process of the cylinder block welding temperature field, residual stress, deformation field distribution, and choose the 3d image analysis of several special points, compared with their stress changes.This article is in the know of relating parameters of the theoretical calculation and design of mast make the correlative check calculation. Using finite element analysis software ANSYS in crock bottom and analyzed the connection place of cylinder, the welding of complex 3d cylindrical shape, lists the welding simulated 3d welding simulation analysis on the plane and the related results of welding structure simulation analysis, provides theoretical basis and guidance, promoted the finite element analysis software in welding analysis and the application in practice project, provide reasonable parameters optimized design, all this that can promote decreasing unnecessary processing and welding time and cost.
