In this paper, cyanobacteria in Chaohu Lake for the study is the principal.Focusing on the changes of algae bloom in Chaohu Lake west half form April 2010 to October 2010,and the relationship between chlorophyll concentration and dry weight of cyanobacteria. In the laboratory, cyanobacteria to simulate the microbial degradation process.Algae emergency salvage and resource utilization data to provide the scientific basis and support.Studies show that from April 2010 to October 2010 period, the algae outbreak was mainly in July and August. And the main characteristic is higher in the west and lower in the east, surround by high and middle by low; three sampling sites Chlorophyll average:middle lake<Tangxi River<Tangxi river bank, three sampling points of the stability of chlorophyll concentration are:lake> Tangxi River> Tangxi River bank. Tangxi bank of chlorophyll a values is the most volatile, the highest concentration of chlorophyll.Analysis of the relationship between Chlorophyll a values and the dry weight of cyanobacteria, we found that chlorophyll a values and a positive correlation of dry weight algae, and lower chlorophyll a values, the stronger the positive correlation between chlorophyll a values and total dry weight of cyanobacteria The analysis for the relationship:y=0.0002x, R2=0.9801; at the lowest concentration of chlorophyll a values and the corresponding relationship between the dry weight of cyanobacteria is:y=0.0002x-0.0095, R2=0.9994. Thus, analysis and monitoring changes in chlorophyll a values can reflect the amount of cyanobacteria in the lake body changes. By estimate, the lowest western half of Chaohu Lake cyanobacterial biomass dry weight was 768t.The course of dying and degradation of cyanobacteria collected from Chaohu Lake was observed, analysis of cyanobacteria in the process of color, smell, morphological changes. The results showed that the cyanobacteria in the decay process, the aerobic treatment stage degradation server, especially in the first ten days, the color and shape change significantly; and algae after 30 days of aerobic treatment and 70 days of anaerobic treatment, almost completely degraded.Based on the above results, we should strengthen the algae bloom chlorophyll concentration and meteorological conditions pre-monitoring for the algae bloom has never been an accurate early warning, provide protection for emergency salvage. Emergency salvage in cyanobacteria, we should pay attention to location and salvage salvage mode choice, and should strengthen the cooperation between the various parts, where conditions permit, the classification of cyanobacteria salvage, for the treatment resources with ease.Decline according to different levels of cyanobacteria are also different substances contained in the characteristics of resource utilization in cyanobacteria, the cyanobacteria should be different in different use. Fresh cyanobacterial phycobiliprotein containing the most suitable for extraction of protein substances; decline of 3 days the release of cyanobacteria algal pigment maximum at this time can be purified pigments; and algal toxins need to be biodegradable after 10 days of removal, so yellow Algae can be compost, the use of gas; cyanobacterial exopolysaccharides also has broad prospects for the use, should decline in the algae extract the first 30 days.
