Uv-curable is emerging development and quick "green" new technologies, which are widely used in coating, optical fiber materials, etc. Ultraviolet initiator is an important component of the uv-curable process,it have important influence for system solidifying velocity and curing degree. From this paper we want to overcome hyperbranched macromolecular photoinitiator and polymerisable photoinitiators of photodissociation residue, solubility poorer and remain photoinitiators volatile problem. successfully synthesized a polymerisable hyperbranched macromolecular initiator by macromolecular structure is introduced to hyperbranched polymer structure.An AB2 type monomer MB has been synthesized by Diethanolamine and Methyl acrylate through Michael addition reaction. The structure is confirmed by FT-IR and the best synthesis condition for methanol as solvent methacrylate, n(Methyl acrylate): n(Diethanolamine)=1.1:1, reaction temperature for 35℃and reaction time for 4h.With TMP and MB, using quasi ontology polymerization one-step successfully synthesized two generations of the hydroxyl hyperbranched poly amino ester:HPAE-1 and HPAE-2, The structure is confirmed by FT-IR and the best synthesis condition of the HPAE-1 for P-toluene sulfonic acid dosage for total system quality 1.0%, reaction temperature for 120℃, n (MB):n (TMP)= 3:1, the reaction time for 2.5 h.Two kinds of polymerisable end carboxyl hyperbranched poly amino ester:HPAE-1-MA and HPAE-2-MA are synthesized with maleic anhydride for two generations of the hydroxyl hyperbranched poly amino ester modified. The structure is confirmed by FT-IR and the best synthesis condition of the HPAE-1-MA with DMF as solvent, P-toluene sulfonic acid dosage for total system quality 1.0%, reaction temperature for 70℃and reaction time for 3.5h.Two kinds of Polymerisable hyperbranched macromolecular initiator light:HPAE-1-MA-1173 and HPAE-2-MA-1173 are synthesized by 1173 Sealing side modification to polymerisable end carboxyl hyperbranched poly amino ester. The best synthesis condition of the HPAE-1-MA-1173 with DMF as solvent, reaction temperature for 90℃, P-toluene sulfonic acid dosage for total system quality 1.0%, Reactant ratio for 1173 and polymerization end carboxyl hyperbranched poly amino ester of carboxyl amount is 1.15:1, with agent cyclohexane as 20% of the total quality reaction system, reaction time for 5h.The structure and properties of HPAE -1-MA-1173 and HPAE-2-MA-1173 are investigated by FT-IR, GPC, ultraviolet spectrum, rotating viscometer. Results show that successfully synthesized the target product, its ultraviolet absorption produce maximum absorption redshift thanl 173.Use 1173,HPAE-1-MA-1173 and HPAE-2-MA-1173 respectively TMPTA cured triggered experiments, confirmed the best ratio and the best cure time.
