| As the poor environment of coal mine underground, the traditional switch protection circuit which has large number of plugs and complicated structure can not satisfy the requirements of safe power supply. At the same time, low-voltage power grid often occurs leakage, short circuit and other faults. So the automation level and the safety standards should be further improved, coal mining equipments controlled by a single switch gradually evolved into the mine-used flame-proof intelligence assembled switch.As information technology and computer network development, the introduction of microprocessors and computer technology to some control device, make the assembled switch has an intelligent function. This thesis combines Embedded technology, sensor technology, ethernet technology and principles of automatic control, designed an intelligent control system of mine-used flame-proof assembled switch to achieve decentralized control, centralized management. It applies to the coal mine underground which contains methane gas and risk of coal dust explosion. In AC 50Hz, voltage 3.3Kv power supply line, control object include fully-mechanized face shearer, scraper conveyor, transfer machine, crushing starter, Stop and dual-speed switching and master/slave order. In addition, the Mine-used Flame-proof Intelligence Assembled Switch also used innovative technology such as DSP for digital signal processing, CAN bus and network interface to achieve protection of short circuit, overload, undervoltage/overvoltage and leakage locking, Chinese display, and fault diagnosis.In the assembled switch control system, main control chips are Samsung's ARM9 S3C2410 and TI's DSP TMS320LF2806.This thesis details the assembled switch control system software and hardware design, control system theory, from the embedded operating system to WinCE environment transplant, as well as the achievement of control system applications, gives a detailed analysis to the leakage fault, in the integration of existing selective leakage protection technology. The thesis proposes the leakage protection with computer technology, thus the system constitutes a communication-selective leakage protection system in a new idea. It simplifies the design of traditional devices and improves leakage protection performance and reliability of the system.By test and debug, this assembled switch control system combines functions of measurement, protection, control, display and communication.
