For neutral ungrounded solidly and branch power supply system, the intelligent controller of the mine intelligent feeder switch is developed in the paper. The designaspects of separateing AC acquisition and fault detection and control is adopted, the defect of slow speed of action is resolved preferably; the method of combinating the additional DC and the phase position of the zero sequence voltage and zero sequence current is adopted, the defect of poor reliability and stability of selective leakage protection is resolved preferably, in addition, the function of self-adaption and self-regulation is aggrandized.The research topics include theoretical analysis,software design,hardware design and EMI design. Firstly, theoretical analysis consists of theoretical analysis and calculation, establishment of low-voltage electric breakdown model of mine, selective theoretical basis of leakage detection from simulation and majorization and expounding the other fault detection methods. Secondly, hardware design consists of power supply module design, AC acquisition module design, HMI module design, additional DC model design, leakage protection module design, control module design and communication module design. Again, software design consists of main program design, electrical network parameter acquisition and display program design, fault detect program design, self-adaption and self-regulationis program design and communication program design. Finally, EMI design consists of hardware EMI design and software EMI design. in addition,the protector equitment adopts LCD menu operation, which makes the equitment more humane; the RS485 and CAN Industrial communication buses make it convenience to compose the low-voltage electric monitoring system of mine. So as to resolve the problem of leakage protection, the method of combinating the additional DC and the phase position of the zero sequence voltage and zero sequence current is adopted creatively,at the same time, hardware filter,software filter and selectivity algorithm are adopted, which resolve the problem of leakage protection.In order to test and verify the reliability and the stability of the equipment and the accuracy of the power network model, many experimental programs are designed.The detailed data explains the accuracy of the theory, the rationality of the design; through the manufacturer experiment, it basically conform to perform an experiment further more, and lay the foundation of developing a new type feed switch in mine.
